Clean room, hot water, cold a/c, comfy bed, you can’t ask for much more at this price point. Great value. The hotel management was friendly and professional. Beautiful national forest nearby. I will most likely be staying here again on my next visit to Ocala.

My stay was not bad. Room was decent, clean, and no bugs. Big fridge and nice tv. The staff at the front desk made checking in and out easy and fast.
Very friendly staff and quiet area. I just think that they should remodel the appearance of the hotel for a better presentation. Walking distance from Walmart.
We had a wonderful stay. They owners were very kind and even made an accomodation that I forgot when booking. I can't wait to see when the remodel is completed. We will absolutely be back
I was reading thru the reviews and it made me feel like I needed to write one. Tonight will be the 4th time we have stayed here. We travel alot. Granted the place is a little run down and the remodeling has been done poorly, this place is quiet, and in my opinion comfortable. You don't have to worry about bed bugs or roaches. Our sheets have been clean and soft. The towels are rough but do the job. We have tried many of the other motels and this is by far the best one if you're not looking to spend a lot of money. The staff/owners are great and very attentive. We stay for weeks and or months here . I guess we are just happy not to have to worry about our vehicles being robbed, getting approached by homeless or tweekers, being able to sleep because it's quiet, and mostly not dealing with roaches or bedbugs, which almost all the other cheap hotels have. We will stay here again and again!
Fantastic deal for the price! I’ve stayed there 3 times this year. Very clean rooms, staff accommodating, has a fridge, close by Wawa station with food very close for anything you need. Not the fanciest place, but it is maintained and usable and clean. Great bargain for the price and has no issues with it feeling unsafe or being over run with any questionable people.
We had to find another hotel after the 1st one wouldn't let us stay there due to being late coming in from NY. Sun place motel We found this one at 230am. Felt bad I woke the manager/owner up. But he was very friendly very helpful. He got us a room. The rooms need update but they are working on it. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Hot showers. The next morning the 2 gentleman that work ther We're very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making this short stay enjoyable. Great job to the staff. They had a pool that looked nice we didn't have time to use it.
